La Liga goalkeeper linked with Premiership move

Deportivo La Coruna goalkeeper Fabricio Martin Agosto Ramirez is followed by several Premier League sides, .

The 27-year-old had made mere 23 La Liga appearances ahead of the current season and he started the campaign as a back up to German Lux.

Fabricio eventually got his chance midway through October and has since been putting in some strong performances in Spain s elite division.

As a result, clubs from English Premier League have been showing interest in his services, and they could come forward with an official proposal at the end of the season.

Deportivo La Coruna officials are hoping to persuade the experienced shot-stopper to extend his stay at Riazor, but with his current deal expiring in June 2016, they would certainly consider any serious offe…

Barcelona president casts fresh doubt over Griezmann move

Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu insists the LaLiga champions have not spoken to Antoine Griezmann about a move to Camp Nou.

France star Griezmann appeared destined to join Ernesto Valverde s side after announcing his intention to find a new club after five seasons at Atletico Madrid.

The links went cold amid reported interest from Paris Saint-Germain until Atletico CEO Miguel Angel Gil Marin reignited rumours of a done deal.

Gil Marin, in an interview with Movistar, claimed to have known about Griezmann s impending switch to Barca since March.

Bartomeu disputed that account, telling Spanish broadcast RAC1:  There s nothing to announce.

We ve always said the same. We haven t spoken to him. There s nothing to it.

Krychowiak joins PSG from Sevilla

Grzegorz Krychowiak has completed a deal to join Paris Saint-Germain from Sevilla, signing a five-year contract in the French capital.

The 26-year-old arrived at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan from Reims in 2014 and made 90 appearances for the Liga outfit, helping them to two Europa League titles.

The midfielder caught the eye as Poland reached the Euro 2016 quarter-finals in France and scored the winning penalty in the last-16 shootout victory over Switzerland.

The deal sees Krychowiak link up with former Sevilla boss Unai Emery, who has taken over from Laurent Blanc as PSG coach.

I am very proud to return to France and defend the colours of a club as ambitious as Paris Saint-Germain, Krychowiak told the club s website.

Nainggolan rules out Roma exit

Radja Nainggolan has insisted that he has no intention of leaving Roma amid ongoing speculation he could depart the Serie A side for Chelsea.

New Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is a keen admirer of the combative midfielder and had been hopeful of luring him to Stamford Bridge.

However, Nainggolan has made the decision to stay at Roma after a meeting with sporting director Walter Sabatini.

I met with Sabatini and everything went well, the Belgium international told reporters.

I am staying at Roma.

Nainggolan joined Roma on from Cagliari in January 2014 before the switch was made permanent in June 2015 and has since developed into a key figure at the Stadio Olimpico.

Chester commits future to Hull City

Hull City defender James Chester has agreed a new three-year deal with the club as they prepare for life back in the Premier League.

The 24-year-old joined the club in 2011 from Manchester United after spells out on loan at Peterborough and Carlisle.

The centre-half had generated interest from Aston Villa, but he has finally decided to pledge his future to Hull in a move that will be a relief to manager Steve Bruce.

It s nice to get the paperwork out of the way, he told the club s official website.

I m happy here and I ve got a great relationship with the rest of the lads. I also enjoy living in this area.

This is the perfect situation.

Chester played 48 games for Hull in their promotion-winning season as well as scoring one goal.

Benteke nearing Villa return

Christian Benteke is close to making his return to action for Aston Villa after tearing his Achilles tendon back in April.

The Belgium international made an impressive start to life in the Premier League, scoring 19 goals in 34 appearances for the club in 2012-13.

His second season was cut short, however, when he suffered the injury, causing him to miss Villa s final seven matches of the campaign.

The 23-year-old also missed the World Cup in Brazil, but manager Paul Lambert is looking to introduce him back to the fold in the near future.

When quizzed on a potential return for Benteke at Chelsea on Saturday, the Scot said: I m not sure if that one might be a bit early.

But you re looking not too far after that I think. He has trained this past wee…

Moratti: Balotelli unlikely to return to Inter

Inter president Massimo Moratti says a return to the club for Mario Balotelli appears unlikely.

The Italy international signed for Manchester City from the San Siro in 2010 for a reported fee of 24 million pounds, but his Premier League career has been littered with disciplinary and fitness problems.

After starting just five Premier League matches so far this season, a move from England had been mooted, but Moratti is not expecting the 22-year-old to be returning any time soon, with the club trying to cut back on spending.

I really don t think that Balotelli will be coming back to Inter, Moratti told Gazzetta dello Sport.

As far as I m concerned the team will stay more or less the way it is now.

Inter sit third in Serie A and have already qual…
